Elevate 2026 marks 30 years of Conscious Discipline. This three-day conference brings together 1,000+ educators around S.A.F.E. — Sustained Leadership, Adult Self-Regulation, Foster Community, Engaged Classrooms — a neuroscience-rooted roadmap for shifting culture across a team, school, or district. Keynotes include Dr. Becky Bailey (creator of Conscious Discipline) with a 30-Year Reflection, Dr. Deborah Bergeron (Deputy Director, Office of Early Childhood Development, ACF), Lety Valero (creator of the Feeling Buddies), and Danny Bauer (Better Leaders, Better Schools).
