k12conferences.com is a directory and discovery platform for K-12 education conferences, events, speakers and vendors. We provide informational listings, planning tools, and promotional services to teachers, schools, districts, vendors, organisers and speakers.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the directory without permission.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or infringing conference, speaker, or vendor information.
- Do not use the Site to harass, spam, or harm other users.
- Do not interfere with the Site's security or reverse-engineer the platform.
4. User-Submitted Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (conference listings, blog posts, speaker bios, vendor profiles). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and promote that content on the Site and in related marketing. You represent you have the rights to grant this license.
5. Paid Promotion
Vendor, organiser, and speaker promotion (including Featured and Premium tiers) is sold on a per-event or subscription basis. Fees, durations, and placement are described at the point of purchase. Promotion fees are non-refundable once the placement goes live, except where required by law.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party websites (conferences, hotels, travel partners, sponsors). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those sites. Use of external links is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site, its design, logos, software, and curated directory data are owned by us or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. "k12conferences.com" is our trademark.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that listings are complete, accurate, or up to date. Conference dates, locations, speakers and prices change frequently — always confirm details with the official organiser before travelling.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, k12conferences.com and its officers, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) US$100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
