About This Conference

The 2027 National Conference on Magnet Schools, hosted by Magnet Schools of America, brings magnet school leaders, teachers and administrators together in Orlando for sessions on themed instruction, school choice, equity and innovative programme design. The call for presentations invites Workshop (90-minute), Panel (50-minute) and Roundtable (50-minute) proposals across eight strands: Academic Excellence; AI; Diversity; Family and Community Partnerships; Financial Sustainability, Budget and Grant Funding; Innovative Curriculum and Professional Development; Leadership; and Marketing, Recruitment and/or Retention. Proposals are submitted through the conference's Cvent abstract portal and close November 6, 2026 (submit at https://www.cvent.com/c/abstracts/a1509664-52fd-4f9b-98f5-a4c49f8ed89c), with peer review through December 1 and presenter decisions by December 16, 2026.
