    About This Conference

    The Coalition of Oregon School Administrators' (COSA) annual school law conference for Oregon school and district leaders and school board members, held at the Graduate Eugene. The 1st General Session, 'From the Headlines to the Hallways: Emerging Legal Issues for Oregon Schools', features Haley Percell, Spencer Lewis, Joel Hungerford, Rebekah Jacobson and Eden Vasquez. Early pricing (until Nov 1, 2026) is $300 for members, $400 for non-members and $250 for school board members; regular pricing (Nov 2–Dec 4) is $350, $450 and $300. Pre-conference sessions ($69) cover employee discipline and dismissal, student rights and responsibilities, legal issues for small schools, investigations, and labor relations, bargaining, reductions in force and strike preparedness.
