About This Conference

A day-and-a-half experience for principals, assistant principals, and instructional coaches on 'Building the Deep Thinking School'. An intimate gathering of around 60 instructional leaders with two tracks — The System (structures that make collaboration real) and The Practice (instructional coaching modeled live in the room). Opens with 'Leading with Curiosity: The Principal as the Spark' featuring Ms. Claudine James and Olivia Odileke, plus learning labs on collective collaboration, belonging, and the coaching cycle.
