About This Conference

The MATSOL Conference is the largest gathering of English Learner and Multilingual Learner educators in Massachusetts, convening classroom teachers, school leaders, instructional coaches, and higher education faculty to share expertise and best practices in support of equity and excellence in the education of multilingual learners. The 2027 edition runs Tuesday–Thursday, May 25–27 at the Renaissance Framingham Hotel & Conference Center, plus a virtual track — all presentations are made in person and selected sessions are live-streamed. Proposals are encouraged on an asset-based approach with a strong commitment to racial justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
