About This Conference

MinneTESOL's 13th annual conference brings together English language, ESL and bilingual educators from Minnesota and neighbouring states for two days at the Saint Paul RiverCentre. Sessions cover all aspects of English language and bilingual teaching and best practices for multilingual learners, linking research to classroom practice, alongside keynotes, publishers' exhibits, alumni events and networking across an active regional ELL professional community. Registration includes keynotes, breakout sessions, continental breakfast, coffee and afternoon snacks, exhibits, door-prize drawing and a conference folder with CEUs — lunch and parking are self-pay, with a 90-minute lunch break each day and cafés at the RiverCentre and nearby. Member pricing is available through the MinneTESOL membership portal, with one-day and full-conference tickets sold via Whova (credit card only; no cash, cheques or purchase orders). Registration opens in late August. The Minnesota Department of Education K-12 EL/MLL Coordinator Day runs Thursday, November 19, and requires separate registration. Refunds less processing fees are available through October 31, 2026, and attendee substitutions until November 14, 2026.
